User Agreement, Risk Agreement and disclaimer.

1. General rules

1.1. These rules are designed to protect the rights and interests of website users DogeGuard.org (hereinafter referred to as “DogeGuard").

1.2. These rules apply to all services provided by DogeGuard.

1.3. Other current rules remain in effect.

1.4. “User” is a person who uses the DogeGuard services and agrees to the terms below.

1.5. DogeGuard may change this document unilaterally. In such cases, the User's consent is not required.

2. The main provisions.

2.1. The DogeGuard user is obliged to understand the risks when trading cryptocurrency and any other derivative decentralized products. In case of a sharp price change or high volatility, the user risks losing the invested funds in unlimited quantities. The User acknowledges that DogeGuard is not responsible for his losses and does not force the user to purchase any financial product or instrument, the user performs all operations at his own risk completely independently.

2.2. The user acknowledges that DogeGuard is a service that allows to simplify interaction with the blockchain, any transactions that the user confirms, he performs independently and is obliged to check the correctness of the compilation of these transactions. In case of a failed transaction, DogeGuard is not responsible for this.

2.3. The User does not have the right to use the DogeGuard services if it contradicts the legislation of the country of his citizenship or residence.

2.4. The User acknowledges that DogeGuard disclaims any responsibility for the User's losses associated with a misunderstanding of the principles and rules of DogeGuard.

2.5. The User undertakes to independently include the possible income received in the tax return in accordance with the legislation of the country of his residence.

2.6. DogeGuard assumes no responsibility for non-fulfillment or delay in the fulfillment of any of its own obligations caused by events that are not under our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, interruptions in public communications networks or services, industrial disputes or DDoS attacks and similar Internet attacks that have an adverse effect. The activity of the Website is considered suspended for the period of force majeure, and we will have an extension of time to work during this period.

2.7. In case of disputes and disagreements, DogeGuard's decision is final and the User fully agrees with it.

3. Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

3.1. The User acknowledges that DogeGuard does not use or store his personal data in any way.
